Let's Eat Hot Pot 我們來吃火鍋This past Sunday was really cold which is perfect for hot pot. It has a really unique texture. When you eat it, it soaks up all the broth, yummy...這是油豆腐 火鍋加油豆腐最棒了 吃時豆腐吸了滿滿的湯汁Add tofu. 加湯裡Cutting up winter melon. 加冬瓜Another kind of tofu.加另一種豆腐This is another kind of mushroom. They stick as a bunch; you have to break them up. 金珍菇 要撥開Another kind of tofu. I know...we just love eating tofu. 豆腐皮 我們真愛吃豆腐Put some tempuras and crab meat in there as well. 加甜不辣還有蟹肉You have to have vegetables in your hot pot. 一定要來點青菜The drink tonight is apple cider mixed with wheat beer. Surprisingly it is really good.
